Returns
The return period is 14 days and starts as soon as you receive your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized or personalised items.
Procedure
If you do not like the ordered item, you can take advantage of the 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the item it free of charge by post. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized or personalised items. To make a return to the ELITO head office, please refer to the overview of our locations.
For returns by post, please follow these steps:
- Pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding in the ELITO shipping box.
- Indicate that it is a return on the provided delivery note and include it in the shipping box.
- Seal the package and attach the supplied return label so that it is clearly visible.
Please note that the return shipment will only be sent free of charge and by registered post if the enclosed label is used.

Refunds
After your return has been received by us within the 14-day period, it will be subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection. If we cannot determine any damageor signs of use, we will refund you the selling price.
